Confirmation & Cancellation Policies

Confirmation policies

• A 20% deposit is required within 8 business days to confirm land services and island-hopping tours.
• A 20–30% deposit is required within 8 business days to confirm a Galapagos cruise, depending on the yacht.
• Final payment is due 60 days before arrival.
• If payment deadlines are not met, reserved space will be released.

Cancellation policies

• For cancellations made 90–60 days before arrival, the down payment will be retained as the cancellation fee for land services and island-hopping tours.
• Cruise cancellation policies vary by cruise operator and yacht.
• For cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
